Potrillos Mexican Restaurant in Sulphur

Food was awesome and staff were very nice and prices were fair!

The food was great, but the service was mediocre. It was mid-afternoon so they weren't busy. It took at least 5 minutes for anyone to take our drink order and several more for them to actually come out. Then our server couldn't answer simple questions because of the language barrier. Our ticket was brought to the table without asking if we wanted dessert and we had to flag down a different server to place that order.

This was my first time here.Soaked soggy bottom of chicken quesadilla. Not sure if it was water or juice not gross.beans smashed with everything Not my favorite

Good gets better

Pleasantly surprised with how delicious my veggie quesadilla was! We came on a night when there was some sort of bluegrass live group and it was so beautiful, it made our night!

Food was there quick. Staff was friendly. Wasn't impressed with the flavor of the food though. It just seemed to not have a real Mexican taste. Was kind bland or something. Probably won't be back.

Tex-mex place my family meets at when we are in Sulphur. It's fair food, not the best, but all tasty. My biggest issue is their kids menu options. Their pizza is microwaved party pizza. Save your money and encourage the kids to eat something else from the menu.

The was quick and delicious! We had the Speedy Gonzalez and the Chicken Quesadilla Fajita lunch specials. Amazing!

Had a very good late lunch here the portions were a lot of food and tasted very good and the prices were very reasonable

Place is amazing. Their ceviche is bomb and the nachos are insanely huge

Really good margaritas and food!

I would say this place had some pretty good Mexican food but their customer service is terrible. This isn’t my only bad interaction with Potrillos. I made a call in order and they told me it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I gave them about 35 minutes before I showed up for my pick up being I’ve made call ins before and it always takes longer. Upon arriving for my food I told the gentleman what I had and they went back to find me order. All for another gentleman to walk out to let me know he’s only had one call in order and it wasn’t mine. Then he proceeded to pick up the telephone and look at the caller ID hold it in front of my face and say “umm. Was this not your number” I nicely said no. And again he said well this was my only call in order. I politely let them know I wouldn’t be waiting for them to take my order again because I already wasted my time calling in the first place.

I absolutely loved it! The food tastes like it was just freshly made, one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to!

The salsa is yum yum. Very good service and delicious food. I would love to go back here.

Drinks are special, ask for a sloppy beer. Margaritas very good. Everyone loved fahitas. Chips very uninspired. Salsa is bland.

We were in the area from OKC. Local friends suggested Potrillo's and we asked them to joined us. The food was exceptional, we couldn't have had better service. We asked for suggestions and began with drinks. Margaritas and a martini for me. We ordered Molcajete. It's fajita beef, chicken and grilled shrimp with sauted onions, cactus and bell peppers served in a large oven heated bowl and enough for 2 or more adults! It's served with all the traditional sides...was delicious and we highly recommend it! So glad we ate here and will def return when back in the area.

From the outside Patrillos looks kind of small. However, once your inside, it's quite large and it's always packed. After eating there for the first time I now know why. Nice atmosphere, the owners and staff were very friendly and the food was excellent! I'll be back for sure!
